As the first certification of the judging agency Betteriving, we got ISO 9002 certification in 1998.In 2006 we acquired ISO 9001 certification for all divisions of Ishimok Corporation and West Japan Division.
It is a new department in the quality control department that was established in October 2011. People who wearing a red jumper are the member of SQA, they look around the factory and they are keeping thier eyes on whether there is a problem. SQA can stop the line if there is a quality problem as authority, the plant manager, the president will also follow that judgment.
Regarding strength and quality, we set our own standards according to customers who are the most demanding level. We also have a performance testing laboratory in our company, so we do not have anything to do for quality checks on a daily basis and research for further quality improvement.
In every department, we think that the next process is "customer" and thoroughly hand things that secured quality in our own process to the next process.
